Delivery
Free delivery anywhere in Canada and the United States. Orders usually arrive in 3–7 business days, and every piece ships in its own box.

Warranty
Every couch comes with a 5-year frame warranty. If something isn't right, email us a photo and our team will help.
Care & materials
Cushions are filled with down feather, cotton and memory foam. The covers are pet-friendly linen over a hardwood and plywood frame.
Every cover is washable: wash cold on a gentle cycle and air dry. Slipcovers are replaceable, so you can swap in a fresh one anytime.
Payment
Every available way to pay is shown at checkout. You can also pay over time with Klarna or Affirm. Prices show in Canadian or US dollars, depending on where you are.

Will it fit through my door?
Yes. Every piece ships in its own box, about 102 × 102 × 30 cm (40.4″ × 40.2″ × 11.8″). Standing on its edge it’s only 30 cm (about 12″) thick, so it goes through standard doors, stairways and condo elevators.
How do I wash the covers?
Unzip, wash cold on a gentle cycle and air dry. Spot clean small spills with a damp cloth.
Do you offer financing?
Yes. You can pay over time with Klarna or Affirm. Just choose it as your payment method at checkout.
Can I add pieces later?
Any time. All Ruma pieces share the same connectors and fabrics, so new pieces match what you have.
