Reviews
From the couch
Had to put it together, but besides that the color is incredible. It looks so good, especially for the price. This exceeded my expectations, is so big and comfortable, easy to spot clean, I have a dog and cat. We love it!
So comfortable! Not hard to put together.
Really well made. Customer service was awesome pretty responsive and took care of the issues pretty quickly.
Absolutely love this couch! First of all It’s gorgeous, very comfortable and completely washable, I love that you can switch out the couch covers to an entire different color if you want to change up the look. …
We’re very happy with this sofa! It looks even better in person—stylish, modern, and fits perfectly in our space. …
It took a couple weeks for the end cushions to fluff out. Overall, it was a family affair putting our new sectional together. It was easy and we love the ottoman so much too! It’s great space for our family of four.
Love this couch- so comfie, perfect size and color- very easy to put the pieces together- the dog had no problem loving the new adjustment too! It was delivered within 2 days of ordering with no issues. Very reasonably priced and happy with the quality.
I was taken back when I saw 4 big boxes but my husband and I got them together surprisingly well and quick! I was amazed at the way everything was packed - great job! The color is perfect. We like the fabric. We are enjoying the sofa - my husband thinks it is very comfortable. We were thinking of possibly ordering one more section.
We purchased two love seats and an ottoman. The assembly process was incredibly straightforward, and the product boasts exceptional quality, durability, and comfort that exceeded our expectations. This transformation has turned our family room into an relaxing and inviting space for everyone, including our beloved dog, Bandit.
Love it!

Build your setup →Frequently asked questions
Is it too soft? Will it lose its shape?
The seats are deep and soft but supportive, with down feather, cotton and memory foam. Fluff and turn the cushions now and then and they keep their shape.
Is the fabric pet-friendly?
Yes, the linen covers are pet-friendly and every cover is washable. Very sharp claws can still snag any fabric, so we suggest keeping nails trimmed.
Are the covers really machine washable?
Yes. Every cover zips off, base covers included. Wash cold on a gentle cycle and air dry.
Do the pieces slide apart?
No. Metal buckles fix neighbouring pieces together underneath, so the couch stays put when you sit down.
Is it hard to put together?
No. Each piece goes together by hand: push in the backrest, zip on the cover, screw in the legs and add the cushions. Only the optional buckles need a screwdriver.
Can I add pieces later?
Any time. All Ruma pieces share the same connectors and fabrics, so new pieces match what you have.
How long does delivery take?
Usually 3 to 7 business days, anywhere in Canada and the US. Sometimes it arrives sooner.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is free on every couch.
How does it arrive?
Every piece ships in its own box, sized for stairs, doorways and condo elevators.
